Research On Project Management Of Talents Training In Secondary Vocational Schools

Social and economic development and the change of labor demand to the early, intermediate workers and to foster the early, intermediate workers as the main task of the secondary vocational schools has had an impact. Personnel training can not meet the needs of the society. This paper in secondary vocational school talent training project management research topic to carry out the research. Based on the main problems in secondary vocational school personnel training as the breakthrough point, put forward with the project management approach to the design of the secondary vocational school personnel training mode, namely the secondary vocational school personnel training project management mode.Combined with the author’s working practice, this paper summarizes the research and the relevant project management theory and the theory of talent training mode. Through the questionnaire survey information feedback to find out the current problems of secondary vocational school personnel training, mainly is the scope of the talent training is not clear, not form a real talent training professional team, the teaching quality and teaching schedule management chaos, evaluation standard is not perfect, etc. Secondly demonstrates the personnel training work has the characteristics of the project, can by project management completely, apply project management methods to solve. In the scheme design, focusing on talent cultivation range positioning, WBS coding preparation, professional work team, through the curriculum of recognition, the key link to the quality of teaching and assessment of the progress of the cohesion. Finally, in the second vocational secondary specialized school in kunming, accounting professional talent training as an example, shows the talent cultivation project management process, and further illustrates the talent cultivation project management mode of talent training in secondary vocational school feasibility and the effectiveness of the management.Secondary vocational school talent training using the method of project management mode is feasible, and can be used for the secondary vocational school talent training.
