In recent years,China's vocational education has been strongly supported by national policies.In 2014,the State Council issued the decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education(GF [2014] No.19),which mentioned that vocational education should "promote the innovation of talent training mode".At the same time,in 2014,the Ministry of Finance clearly proposed to establish a management accounting system with Chinese characteristics in the next 5-10 years.According to the national policy,the demand for management accounting talents is growing in the future,so many secondary vocational schools have successively opened management accounting courses in accounting major.However,the students' concentration and self-control in secondary vocational schools are relatively weak,and management accounting is a relatively formulaic and theoretical course,which makes students' learning efficiency relatively low.The combination of project-based teaching and management accounting course can let students learn independently in the process of practice,exercise their practical ability in the process of independent learning,and then cultivate high-quality accounting talents with comprehensive ability.This paper mainly studies the application of project-based teaching method to the accounting major "management accounting" course in secondary vocational schools,mainly through the following six chapters:The first chapter mainly expounds the research background,significance,literature review,research methods and innovation;The Second Chapter mainly discusses the basic principles of the application of project-based teaching method in the course of management accounting;The third chapter mainly expounds the disadvantages of the current traditional teaching in secondary vocational schools and why the project-based teaching method is applied to the management accounting of secondary vocational schools,and concludes that it is necessary and feasible to apply the project-based teaching method to the management accounting of secondary vocational schools;The Fourth Chapter,taking the project-based teaching method as the framework,this paper designs the course of management accounting in secondary vocational school,and expounds the implementation process,teaching design and case design of project-based teaching method in management accounting in secondary vocational school;The fifth chapter mainly expounds the specific implementation of the project-based teaching method in the management accounting course of the secondary vocational school,as well as the final results and analysis;In the end,the paper summarizes this paper,and puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of the research.This paper is in line with the national policy background,the project-based teaching method in the secondary vocational school "management accounting" curriculum research and application,project-based teaching method broke the traditional teaching mode of the three center principle,inspired students' interest in learning and creativity,to meet the needs of the era of talent.
