Vocational education has provided strong talents and intellectual support for China’s economic and social development.Secondary vocational education is an important part of Vocational education.The development of secondary vocational education not only popularizes and optimizes the educational structure at the senior high school stage,but also further improves the cultural level of the whole people and the quality of the labor force.Accounting major is a profession generally set up in Vocational schools.The improvement of accounting students’ professional competence will bring higher quality accounting professional skilled talents to the society.This paper makes a detailed study of the background of the topic selection,and consults a large number of domestic and foreign documents and materials.It combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign viewpoints from the perspectives of "the study of Vocational education" and "the study of accounting professional competence".This paper mainly applies the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis to study the cultivation of accounting students’ professional competence in H secondary vocational school based on constructivism learning theory,multiple intelligence theory,comprehensive development theory and Tao Xingzhi’s theory of"teaching and doing in one".In the course of the research,through the questionnaire survey and field interviews among the students,teachers and enterprises around H secondary vocational school,and according to the survey data,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of accounting students’ professional ability in H secondary vocational school,and then analyses them from four aspects:in the curriculum setting,H secondary vocational school Schools are still traditional knowledge-oriented,with inconsistent arrangement of theoretical and practical courses,disconnection between teaching content and accounting post requirements,obsolete and non-standard content of teaching materials,lack of diversity of teaching methods,advanced teaching means,and lack of diversity of teaching assessment,and lack of in-house work for professional teachers.Experience,relevant training mechanism and incentive mechanism need to be improved;the construction of in-school training base lags behind,the special training room is not fully equipped,and the construction of comprehensive training room is slow;in the construction of out-of-school training base,there are some phenomena,such as insufficient understanding of enterprise needs,insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,and school-enterprise cooperation becomes a mere formality.In view of the cultivation of accounting students’ professional ability in H secondary vocational school,this paper puts forward suggestions from four dimensions:building a curriculum system based on post requirements,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,strengthening the construction of training bases in schools and improving the management system of post practice,with a view to improving the professional ability of accounting students in H secondary vocational school. |
