With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for skilled talents in modern society is getting higher and higher,and secondary vocational schools play a vital role in the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.As an important part of action-oriented theory,project teaching in the vocational teaching method aims to cultivate students’ professional abilities,emphasizing practicality and applicability in the teaching process,in line with the goal of vocational education to cultivate skilled talents and the vocational school’s Teaching philosophy is an indispensable teaching method in vocational education,so it is necessary to research it.This thesis focuses on teachers in secondary vocational schools,using questionnaires,survey methods and so on,in-depth research in a secondary vocational school in Hebei Province,aim to investigate the teaching of financial and accounting professional teachers.At the same time,with the guidance of action-oriented theory,situation learning theory and humanistic education theory,knew about the teaching methods applied by teachers of finance and accounting courses’ actual situation,like how to apply project teaching,teachers and students’ responses to project teaching methods.When teachers applying project teaching,there are many problems,such as neglecting the students’ self-learning ability,project selection separate from job requirements,the group members be together without cooperating,the required school hours are more than the planned school hours,the project teaching evaluation emphasizes results and belittle the process,and the lack of hardware equipment.Based on this,combined with the characteristics of vocational teachers and students,and the requirements of vocational education and teaching,it is proposed to enhance students’ independent learning ability,comprehensively improve the teaching quality of accounting teachers,adopt an organizational method suitable for project teaching,multiparty coordination to coordinate teaching time,and improve the evaluation level of teachers’ project teaching.Take corresponding measures such as improving the implementation environment for the teaching of professional accounting projects.Finally,based on the analyzed cases and the characteristics of the accounting profession,taking the project of "VBSE Accounting Comprehensive Simulation Training Course" of the accounting professional course "VAT declaration and payment and other business accounting processing" as an example.According to the project teaching procedures and requirements,the original the teaching design of the school is improved,and it points out there are four relationships that need to be dealt with in the implementation of teaching.which is the relationship between project selection and the needs of accounting positions,the relationship between group cooperation and competition,the role relationship between teachers and students,and teaching conditions.With a view to providing a reference for the application of project teaching to teachers of vocational accounting courses. |
