Rise Immersion Subject English Training Institution has been established since 2007. The ultimate aim of it is to provide the whole authentic American K12 curriculum which covers all the subjects to Chinese three to twelve years old teenagers. Since it entered the Chinese market, Rise is well-known as its teaching mode of "American kindergarten and elementary school", the utilization of Immersion learning theory and the cultivation of the internationalized leadership. Until the beginning of 2016, Rise has expanded more than two hundred teaching centers in over 80 cities across the country. The number of registered students is over 100,000. Rise is in the leading position among the other immersion English subject institution in this filed.Rise has taken the lead in this area, the number of employed teacher has rapid increased. Existing performance management method can only give the teacher material rewards. Some teachers do not content with their status in order to their own development and leave. Serious stability is unfavorable for the development of the school.Based on the above research, this paper comprehensively studies the performance management in Rise English performance system. Through the methods of exploration, discovery and approaching to the problem, I hope this paper will contribute to Rise Immersion Subject English for future development. By elaborating the background of performance management in the current educational trade and comparing the performance assessment in each stage, this paper demonstrates the necessary of establishing Rise English performance management system, so as to promote teacher’s development.In course of studying, I consulted a number of literatures about performance management, then I choose a certain branch school in Rise and analyze the current situation and the problem existed in this aspect. Therefore, I establish a set of teacher’s performance management by the methods of questionnaire and interview, to combine theory and practice.
