With the change of market environment,the enterprise management level has also undergone a fundamental change,in view of this situation,various enterprises should constantly improve the management level in order to adapt to the market environment caused by,especially the adjustment and optimization of the performance appraisal system,make it play a greater effectiveness.So,in the new era of market environment,enterprises should establish and improve the performance appraisal system,has become the focus of attention in the process of enterprise management,performance appraisal system is effective or not,not only affects the enthusiasm of the people to be tested,but also achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise standard due to the influence of direct.In this paper,R English educational institutions as the research object,using literature research method and questionnaire investigation method,through the research of R English education mechanism of the existing performance appraisal situation,found that the performance appraisal of R English education institutions at present there are some problems,such as the use of performance appraisal goal setting is not scientific,lack of understanding of the relationship between employee and the company's strategic objectives and performance management performance appraisal method has to be improved,on this basis,to enhance the level of work ability and teaching ability and teacher performance appraisal R English education institutions,the author of the R English education institutions the existing performance evaluation system has been improved,and design a perfect performance appraisal system.Including the development of accurate and fair performance appraisal system,appraisal organization and implementation,assessment results and complaints,to further improve the teacher's performance test Nuclear efficiency has promoted the development of its career,and it also helps to improve the market competitiveness of R English education institutions.At last,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of organization,incentive,system and enterprise culture.
