Research purposes:the primary and secondary school period is the critical period of child and adolescent health of body and mind development, but in the backdrop of the exam-oriented education system in China, children’s physical health level is declining trend year by year.Many parents think that participating in physical exercise will take up students’ learning time, will affect students’ academic performance, and some students will be tired after exercise, influence the learning efficiency.In reaction to the phenomenon for scholars both at home and abroad of this period children take part in physical exercise and the relationship between the learning to do a lot of research, most research results also proved that often take part in physical exercise will have negative influence on students’ academic performance, the study of this paper has a deep significance.But from the point of the research results of domestic, mainly focus on the physical exercise and study result of the investigation and study, fewer thorough experimental study, the research on the mechanism of influence also is less.Learning is a complicated process, it is mainly reflected by learning behavior.There have been many research results show that the scientific, reasonable and healthy learning behavior can effectively improve the students’ academic performance.As the breakthrough point, this study tries to reveal the effect of sports exercise on junior middle school students learning behavior, for the use of physical exercise means to improve junior middle school students learning behavior, improve the learning of junior middle school students to provide certain theoretical basis.The research object and methods:adopt the method of convenient sampling randomly selected from yangzhou MeiLing middle school junior middle school second grade 5 students, parallel group,250.50 people among them, the control group, experimental group 149, experiment 2 group of 51, experiment 3 group of 50 people, the four groups of 50 people.Moderate intensity exercise with different time for intervention, five classes by the same physical education teachers.The experimental intervention for 8 weeks, three times a week physical education class teaching.Measuring subjects students perform functions before and after the experiment, using the Flanker task, task 1, the back, more-odd task shifting comprehensive evaluation of students’ executive function;Measuring subjects before and after the experiment the students’ learning behavior, the use of middle school students’ learning behavior comprehensive evaluate students’learning behavior rating scale. Adopt the method of repetitive measure analysis of variance at different time moderate intensity exercise influence on executive function and learning behavior in junior high school students;Adopt the method of regression analysis executive function exercise at a different time and the intermediary role of learning behavior in junior high school students.The results of the study:(1) moderate intensity exercise to promote junior middle school students overall executive function (P= 0.000< 0.01), inhibit function (P= 0.000< 0.01). the refresh function (P= 0.000< 0.01), the conversion function (P= 0.000< 0.01) significantly influences on the development.(2) moderate intensity exercise to promote the development of junior middle school students learning behavior exists significant influence (P= 0.000< 0.01), experiment group 1 and experiment 2, experiment 3 group and control group, there were no significant differences between the significant differences between four groups and control group (P= 0.046< 0.05).(3) the conversion function in experiment 1 and experiment 2 group, experimental group and control group 3 did not play a mediating role between conversion function in the partial intermediary role in the experimental group 4, and the mediation effect of 0.06.Research conclusions:(1) different time to some extent, moderate intensity exercise can promote the development of executive function in junior high school students, such as intensity of exercise time accumulate to more than 20 min, best effect.(2) different time to some extent, moderate intensity exercise can promote the development of junior middle school students learning behavior, such as intensity of exercise time accumulate to more than 20 min, best effect.(3) function is to exercise influence on the academic performance of intermediary factor, especially the most significant transformation function intermediary effect.
