The Chinese Ministry of Education and Finance officially issue and implements "National Training Plan" In 2010, is related to the Midwest rural teachers in training, the professional development of innovative program, which is the post-training.The main target of training for the rural Primary and Secondary school backbone teachers, intended to improve the overall quality of rural teachers in the Midwest. "National Training Plan"includes "the primary and secondary school teachers training model" and "the Midwest rural backbone teachers’ training program"."The Midwest rural backbone teachers’training program"includes the rural primary and secondary school teachers in short-term centralized training, short-term training as the term suggests,means the short-term (usually 15-20 days), concentration (one month of a year), mass (Numbers in 30-50) training.Since 2010, "National Training Plan" fully implemented, Midwest short-term intensive training has made great achievements.On the one hand, promoted the training college teachers’scientific research ability and teamwork ability.On the other hand, greatly improve the teachers’professional knowledge and comprehensive quality in the Midwest. However, as the "National Training Plan" matures, some problems have emerged, such as training courses.In the process of short-term training courses is the core part of the training, decides the quality of training effect, is the key to a successful training. But, in the implementation of "National Training Plan",the Training courses reduces the training effect and restricted the development of training.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and research the training courses.learn training courses topics,development,design and implementation of the whole process of curriculum.In this study, "National Training Plan"rural teachers short-term intensive training courses as the main object of study, By sorting of relevant literature at home and abroad, combing teacher training courses,"National Training Plan" development content of the training courses.According to the theory of Lifelong education, Teacher professional development theory and the Taylor Principle.On the basis of rational thinking about "National Training Plan", expand on the "National Training Plan" training courses to explore and research.The X university to undertake training as the research object, with primary school comprehensive practical activity as a case, design research to understand the training demand, training aim, training courses, training methods, training assessment, degree of satisfaction and so on.Then with the State promulgated "national training curriculum standards"to analysis the problems,especially the training course content.Based on the survey data classifies the main problems of training courses, analysis the reason of problems,At last the author will put forward the scientific and effective opinions for "National Training" short-term intensive training courses.
