Counselors plays a very important part in college teachers,they are the basis of education,management,service and scientific research.The basis of their work in college students is an indispensable part of ideological and political education and daily management of students.Counselors and college students have very close relationship in their daily as well as studying life,also the most influential factor on students of college teachers.University enrollment led to a sharp increase of students' number,and the overall quality of students has a big and clear difference.At the same time,the rapid development of the educational reform in colleges and universities makes the management and ideological-political education of the students more important and more important;as the result of this situation,the working pressure of counselors is continuously increased.The excessive working pressure will affect the status of counselors;the good or bad state of the situation will influence on the ideological-political education,moral education and the effectiveness of student management task.Under the literature analysis,understanding the domestic and foreign scholars' research results in terms of occupational pressure on the relevant,using the questionnaires and interviews investigation on the current status of Y University counselors working pressure,analyzing the existing problems in advance and then have the final conclusion,the conclusion is as following:1.Y University counselor training to be improved;2.Y University Counselor In terms of workload,work system and treatment,the evaluation and support of a higher sense of pressure,poor stability of the counselor team,and low satisfaction with the status quo of the work;3.The occupational stress of Y University graduate students is significantly higher than that of full-time counselors;4.The Instructors of Minority Universities in Y University Have the Pressure in the Management of Minority Students.In view of the above conclusions,the following strategies should be put forward to cope with the occupational stress of Y University counselors:1.Improve the training system and content of counselor posts for counselors;2.Clear job responsibilities,attach importance to counselors and enhance their status,develop reasonable incentive policies,create a good psychological support system,to stabilize the counselor team,improve their job satisfaction;3.Clearly define the duties of postgraduate part-time counselors,pay attention to training,increase the sense of belonging,help as well as obviously have career planning,reasonable selection of personnel;4.Establish a scientific system of classes;focus on the integration of all ethnic groups of students,reasonably allocate the student leaders for helping student management;5.Personally counselors have to correctly understand their own work,learn to cope with stress,have a reasonable career planning,improve their professional and professional level.
