A Study On The Performance Of Sports Law And Policy In Jiangsu Province

School sports laws and regulations policy enforcement is one of the important factors restricting our country school sports work.The research of policy executive power of school sports laws and regulations, to promote the smooth development in our country school sports work and promote to physical health level of teenagers has good theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the research use literature, questionnaire, field trips, mathematical statistics and other research methods to searched of the school’s sports policy executive power of Jiangsu Province ordinary middle School.Based on the survey,combination of School Sports Law Policy Implementation evaluation system and evaluation methods,Implementation assessed of Jiangsu Province ordinary middle School Sports Law Policy and regulation executive power; combining organization theory, policy implementation, etc. theory execution of its laws and policies Problems depth discussion and problem-lifting Jiangsu Province ordinary ordinary middle school sports regulations Policy Implementation Strategies and recommendations aimed to enhance the Jiangsu Province ordinary middle school sports regulations and policies execution, execution of laws and policies to improve their existing problems, and then to improve the school sports reference.At this stage, Jiangsu Province ordinary middle school sports have better capacity and effectiveness of the implementation of laws and policies, but there are some problems, research results are as follows:(1) The charge of school sport leadershipin and school PE teachers lack of deep understanding of regulations and policies. (2) School organization lack of reasonable and effective school sports policy execution supervision and evaluation mechanism, supervision and evaluation of the surface,Formalization; sports policy information transfer and feedback channels blocked, information utilization rate is not high. (3) The presence of some of the school sports regulations and policies are too principled, content is not clear, the goals are not clear of problems. (4) School Sports Law Policy Implementation Resources and Environment deficiencies, mainly in the lack of sports funding, the relative lack of sports equipment situation. (5) School Sports Law Policy Implementation and cultural environment has been neglected. Refer to the proposal as follows:(1) administrative departments at all levels to strengthen the School Sports Law Policy Implementation monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. (2) The implementation of the main incentives to increase acceptance of school sports regulations and policies, and to enhance executive subject implementation of school sports regulations and policies enthusiasm. (3) Strengthen the school sports regulations and policies’s theoretic research to promote correction of regulations and policies problems timely; and strengthen grassroots organizations of school detailed the functions of regulations and policies. (4) Increase reasonable investment in the implementation of policies and regulations on school sports resources, schools take the initiative to develop resources and to ensure the rational and effective use of resources. (5) improve campus sports culture, to create conditions for the implementation of policies and regulations school sports culture, and thus enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of School Sports policys and regulations.
