Executiveness Of School Sports Policy Status And Promotion Strategy Of School In Tangshan City

This research mainly uses the literature method, questionnaire survey, system analysis and mathematical statistics method, the Tangshan City urban and rural areas of 18 middle school as the investigation object, the Tangshan City ordinary middle school sports policy implementation process of the various elements of the objective investigation and system analysis, detailing the Tangshan City ordinary middle school physical education policy implementation of the existing problems, and to propose the corresponding improvement strategy, to improve the school sports policy implementation effect of Tangshan City ordinary school.The research conclusions are as follows:(1) the personal executive power:the leadership of the general middle school in Tangshan City and physical education teachers in the relevant school sports policy awareness and attention is not high; physical education teachers have a strong sports policy implementation capacity, but the implementation of sports policy is not high. (2) the executive power of the organization:the coordination of the organization of the school physical education in Tangshan City at all levels is not satisfactory, and the communication and feedback of the content information of sports policy is lagging behind. (3) school sports policy itself: Tangshan City middle school sports policy in the formulation of the goal is more clear, sports policy formulation of the content is more specific. (4) the implementation of resources and environment:the lack of school sports funds and the lack of sports venues and equipment, the implementation of the main capacity of the play. (5) the effectiveness of the implementation:the school supervision responsibilities is not clear, the supervision of the content is biased, leading to the school sports policy and regulations can not be fully implemented.For Tangshan implementation present situation and existing problems in the secondary school, the author put forward the following six promotion strategy:(1) to strengthen the consciousness of the leadership group Tangshan ordinary middle school sports work; (2) to break through the limit Tangshan ordinary high school sports policy execution system obstacles; (3) strengthening the construction of infrastructure of Tangshan local middle school sports; (4) strengthen the administrative department for physical culture and sports and Tangshan city middle school sports teaching and research department job functions; (5) improve the scientific of Tangshan sports policy itself; (6) improve Tangshan secondary school campus sports culture, strengthen the execution effect.
