Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of School Sports Policy Enforcement

In the process of continuous promotion of school sports work,the current school sports policy gradually highlights some acute problems.The implementation of basic school sports related policies and their influencing factors in our country is analyzed fairly and objectively,which can make domestic experts and scholars fill in the gaps in the implementation of school sports policy from a certain level.The research on this topic can be as follows:The implementation of "sports law" and "school sports regulations" provides a certain theoretical basis.At present,the sports policy in the process of school implementation in China shows the following problems:symbolism,selectivity,substitution and compulsion.There is an obvious gap in the formulation and implementation of the current school sports policy in China.Only 70%of the relevant school sports policies formulated by the sports administrative department have been implemented,and 54%of the school sports policies that have not been effectively implemented have been implemented.These problems really need to be discussed and solved in the theoretical and practical circles of school physical education in China.Therefore,to strengthen the research on the implementation of school sports policy and analyze the ways and methods that are conducive to the implementation of school sports policy is the first priority of school sports at this stage,which has significant theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the sorting and analysis of the relevant research results,this paper comprehensively adopts the diversified research methods including mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey.Taking Ganli school in Shenzhen as the survey object,it makes a systematic,comprehensive and objective analysis and survey of the influencing factors in the implementation of the school sports policy of Ganli school in Shenzhen,and makes an in-depth analysis of the research object in the school sports policy The basic purpose is to strengthen the students' physique,truly realize the balanced development of students,and bring some enlightenment for the implementation of the school sports policy of Ganli school in Shenzhen,in order to improve the implementation effect of the policy.Based on the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At present,there are several deficiencies in the implementation of the school sports policy at the upper level to the grass-roots level.First,the rationality of the policy at the upper level needs to be further improved,and the policy lacks certain operability,and the governments at all levels lack clarity in the implementation of the policy,and also need to further improve the overall coordination of the policy.2.The attitude of some leaders to sports policy is not clear,the degree of attention and support is not high,the cognition of sports teaching is not enough,and there are some differences between them and front-line PE teachers.3.The treatment of physical education teachers at the grass-roots level is not high,the school needs to improve the reward system of physical education teachers,the cooperation between the functional departments and the teaching and research group is not tacit,and the clarity of specific post setting needs to be improved.4.In terms of resource setting,it can basically meet the needs of teaching and training,but sports funds are less invested.The cultural environment of sports policy implementation is seriously ignored.5.The amount of class hours can be basically guaranteed,the development of physical education is good,and the development of after-school physical training is also good,but the enthusiasm of students to participate in after-school physical activities is not high.
