Research On The Construction Of Teaching Ethics Of College Teachers

University teachers’ teaching ethics means the college teachers should have the ethics ideas and ethics specification in the teaching activities. It examines all the ethical phenomena of the teaching activities in colleges, regulates the University Teachers’ teaching behaviors, become the norm of dealing with the relationship between people in the teaching process. It is based on the scale of good and evil, right and wrong, it measures the teaching behavior conform ethical standards whether or not in the teaching activities. It is inevitable requirement of the teaching practice. College teachers must strictly follow the ethics in every teaching link. Make the teaching activities to achieve the purpose of promoting all-round development of all students.This research uses the method of questionnaire survey, according to three kinds of social subjects as the investigation object include college students, college students’ parents and teachers in colleges, preparing the questionnaires and guidelines are based on the six aspects of teaching aim, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching management, teaching relations,teaching evaluation and so on. Through the actual survey, I get the relevant data, I know that the present situation of college teachers’ teaching ethics and the specific requirements of social subjects for the university teachers’ teaching ethics. According to data of questionnaire surveys, I found university teachers’ teaching ethical flaws exist in some teaching aspects. I analyze the cause of these conditions and proposed the university teachers should meet the requirements of the teaching of ethics. And according to the requirements of the social subject, I also proposed the strategy of improving the level of college teachers’ teaching ethics.This article is based on the perspective of ethics to study university teachers’ teaching,expanding multidisciplinary perspective of teaching research, provide the basis for the construction of teaching ethics in colleges. From two aspects of internal factors and external factors.Specific strategies of establishing the system of ethical norms of teaching behavior,carrying out teaching ethics education activities,improving teacher evaluation system,Constructing the development model of peer support;Enhancing the teaching ethics sensitivity,enhancing the sense of teaching responsibility,forming a good relationship between teachers and students were respectively presented.And then it provides the reference and effective strategies to build a long-term development mechanism of College Teachers’ teaching ethics and improve the teaching quality in colleges.
