| As one of the main part of the high school sports teaching, Aerobics has a positive role in promoting adolescent health, also it is important for the development and popularity of aerobics program. By using literature, questionnaire methods, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this article will focus on the awareness, course opening, activity classes and extracurricular training of Aerobics in Fuyang City High School Students. As well to investigate the case of motion analysis of Status Quo provincial model middle school, high school and general high school municipal model of these three schools Aerobics to get the following conclusions:(1)Most people in Fuyang City High School like Aerobics, and they want to have ways to learn, but their recognition on Aerobics is not enough. The main access is from TV and intern--net. For the idea of opening Aerobics class, most teachers said yes.(2)The rate of Fuyang City high school Aerobics Courses is a little bit low, most schools can not implement the "new curriculum standard" medium "level of five students to be more proficient in one or two complete sets of dance or Aerobics" requirement content. In the provincial model middle school, high school and general high school municipal model of these three schools, the municipal model high school aerobics courses at relatively high rates.(3)The Aerobics teaching in Fuyang City high school teaching has no authority materials, resulting in some schools can not be very good for teaching Aerobics. Fuyang City high school teachers accounted sports Aerobics teacher ratio of 19.6%, which can not meet the needs of teaching Aerobics, Aerobics fewer training opportunities for teachers, and there is the phenomenon of uneven distribution of resources aerobics teacher balanced.(4)In Fuyang City, the provincial model high school, high school municipal model high school and three schools in general, to carry out provincial model middle school and high school are generally large recess activities and classes in aerobics covering less emphasis on the traditional sports. Municipal model high school classes in the large recess activities and the deveiopment of sports Aerobics better. Three schools have carried out the aerobics training school, but mostly for the college entrance examination, not to cultivate students’ interest in learning based, only for a few students, a small range.(5)Aerobics related events are few in Fuyang local schools, to promote its work not in place.Lack of venues and facilities also contributed to Fuyang City High School,Aerobics is not well carried out, the municipal model high school playground to bodybuilding facilities in three schools in relatively perfect, but it does not satisfy the aerobics teaching and training needs. For the above Aerobics problems in Fuyang City High School, this paper provides following solutions:(1)Schools should strengthen the publicity aspect of Aerobics, students and teachers to improve awareness of Aerobics.(2)Schools should increase the physical education and health curriculum standards implementation, increasing the rate of Aerobics Courses.(3)Prepare of uniform materials, optimize Aerobics classes.(4)Increase Aerobics activities in the large recess and extracurricular activities, rich extracurricular sports activities.(5)Strengthen the training of teachers, improve teaching ability Aerobics.(6)Regularly hold various performances and competitions of Aerobics, Aerobics activities to create a good atmosphere.(7)Higher Normal College graduates should do ideological work, to ensure a balanced distribution of teacher resources (8)Schools should increase funding, increase investment in sports teaching facilities, improve teaching conditions Aerobics. |
