With the development of education reform in our country,in October2014,The State Council issued and published some opinions on speeding up the Development of Sports Industry and promoting Sports consumption,which raised national fitness to a national strategy.Physical education has been paid more attention to.Physical education in senior high schools is an important part of school education.Aerobics teaching is more easily accepted by high school students.Aerobics is in line with the characteristics of teenagers' physical and mental development.It can not only effectively enhance students' physique,but also can train students' flexibility and coordination.Team spirit and humanistic accomplishment play a positive role in students' physical and mental health and all-round development in senior high school,and lay a good foundation for students' lifelong physical education.Based on the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper introduces the current situation of aerobics teaching in eight senior high schools in Yancheng,the present situation of physical education teachers and the urban area.On the basis of investigation and research on the differences of aerobics teaching development between suburbs and counties in ordinary senior high schools,practical and effective suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of aerobics teaching in ordinary senior high schools in Yancheng.Although aerobics has been carried out in ordinary senior high schools in Yancheng City,the present situation of aerobics teaching has not met the requirements of the physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1.The school does not pay enough attention to aerobics,theteaching time is insufficient,and the teaching is not enough.The content selection is lack of scientificalness and unity,the teaching examination content and evaluation method are single.2.The number of professional aerobics teachers is short,and the physical education teachers have fewer opportunities to participate in the special training of aerobics,and the teaching and research ability of the teachers is not enough.As a result,the current teaching level of aerobics is not high.3.Students have a superficial understanding of aerobics,which makes the sport not up to the level of high school education.This article puts forward the pertinence suggestion: 1.The school should perfect the high school aerobics curriculum construction,according to the high school sports and health curriculum standard formulated by the Ministry of Education,Draw up the syllabus and teaching plan of each school according to the actual situation of the school.According to General Secretary 19 th CPC National Congress' s report to 19 th CPC National Congress of the Party,"We should carry out extensive nationwide fitness activities," The idea of speeding up the construction of a strong sports country,giving play to the function of physical education in schools.3.Organizing teachers to carry out various forms of aerobics skills training,encouraging aerobics teachers to carry out teaching research,The school should organize more activities related to aerobics to enrich the students Our campus sports and cultural life.5.improve the aerobics venues and supporting facilities of the schools,narrow the gap between the urban areas,the suburbs and the counties in the ordinary high school aerobics teaching,and learn from the advanced areas of the country.Yancheng high school aerobics teaching has the ability of sustainable development.
