The rapid change of network technology leads to the development of online learning. The continuous progress of the online learning, brings new ways of resource usage. In 2003, the state launched the high-quality curriculum construction work. But in recent years, the use of the high-quality curriculum resources is not good, resulting in a large waste of resources. In 2012, a MOOC storm set off around the world, triggered a new wave of online learning. In order to improve the utilization rate of high-quality curriculum resources, and implement the sharing of high quality teaching resources, this study combine MOOC with high-quality curriculum, puts forward the concept of improving the utilization rate of high-quality curriculum resources in MOOC mode, and applied it into the teaching practice, in order to improve the utilization rate of high-quality curriculum resources, to implement sharing of high quality teaching resources.Based on reading lots of literature, the author acquaints the MOOC learning model and puts forward the design and development process of quality curriculum resources into the MOOC curriculum resources. According to the above research, the author use high-quality curriculum "American literature" as an example. The author developed the course into a MOOC by the guide of teaching design and course design, then released it in a domestic famous MOOC platform "T op U", and practiced it in colleges teaching.After the application of reusing the high-quality curriculum resources in teaching, the author analyzed the data of the research, integration and evaluation it. It verifies the value and meaning of using MOOC mode to reuse high-quality curriculum resources in colleges teaching, indicates that using MOOC mode to reuse high-quality curriculum resources into the teaching practice of universities is feasible. Its "joining" is not only solve the problem of resources wasting and low utilization rate, but also improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, embodies the research value of this paper.
