| There have been a lot of researches on theory and practice for test anxiety of middle school both here and abroad, this paper mainly focused on the perspective of cognitive and adopts the theme of writing treatment technology to make an intervention study on the test anxiety of junior high school students, in order to write out a suitable for junior high school students, with normative, scientific and strong guiding test anxiety group guidance manual, which was not only beneficial to alleviate the junior high school students’ test anxiety, but to promote their physical and mental health, what’s more, the manual also had a high reference value for the counseling professionals of junior high school students test anxiety.We conducted a research on the theme writing of the manuals through questionnaires, qualitative research and data analysis, and initially identified 26 writing topics, finally we wrote out“group counseling intervention manual of theme writing for junior high school students’ test anxiety â€, which had 24 writing topics by doing the survey of the students’ writing topic Willingness.We selected nine writing themes from the manual, respectively was: write to yourself in a year; XXX, I want to say to you; How far away is the ideal high school from me; Recently, what I am supposed to do; My advantages and disadvantages; Write to myself; My imagination of the senior high school entrance examination; What positive changes have happened to me recently, and the pressure I fell. We designed nine units of group counseling programs by the nine writing themes to conduct the counseling intervention for the junior high school students with test anxiety.From the experimental group and the control group quasi experimental design, we draw the following conclusions:(1) students had higher satisfaction for each group counseling activities;(2) after the theme of writing group counseling intervention, compared with the control group the anxiety level of the real experimental group has decreased significantly, the incremental values reach a statistically significant level;(3) the standard scores of the experimental group and the control group score decreased, the experimental group scores decreased significantly, while the control group scores decreased value close to the critical value of the statistically significant level(P=0.057).(4)The experimental group give a high evaluation on the theme of writing group counseling, according to the feedback, we know that the mainly help to the experimental group members were relax, improving self understanding, organizing thoughts and promoting learning skills. |
