New curriculum emphasizes “to gradually realize the student’s study way,teacher’s teaching way and change the way of interaction between teachers and students". To do this, you need in the teaching process, teachers’ teaching and students’ learning organically, give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of students learning, let students really love, happy, realize the teaching is learning.Study case, based on the unity of the teaching and learning, pay attention to students in the classroom study, helps to promote the curriculum reform in the process of changing the way of teaching and learning. In the traditional sense of the lesson plan, "is a unit or a lesson plan", this is the teacher from one’s own teaching experience and knowledge level, according to the syllabus and textbooks, unilateral less after the whole subject group teacher’s communication and negotiation, this lesson plan obviously can’t satisfy the need of modern classroom teaching. And "learning" the starting point and end-result of all the students, the learning of the students, the pursuit of, is a teacher according to students’ cognitive level, knowledge,experience, personality characteristics, to guide students to construct knowledge actively and making the plan, it is the teacher’s teaching plan and the organic integration of students’ learning case.This article will be related to the theoretical research of scholars in front on the basis of the lack of perfect, on the basis of the current education teaching reality, and the area where the teaching conditions, through layers of guided learning case design and implementation of "learning" effective classroom teaching, based on the research results prove the objective existence difference teaching, guiding case hierarchical design necessity and reality of classroom teaching put forward their own opinions and Suggestions, for geography teachers’ teaching provides a valuable and meaningful education teaching practice experience and reference.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is about the learning research background, research status at home and abroad were reviewed, and the technical route and method in this paper, the research in this paper.The second part is the core of the guiding case study concept definition and theoretical basis.In the third part is the guide to learn the use of the present situation investigation and analysis, including the problems existing in the design of learning case and case design proposal to guide learning.The fourth part is the hierarchical learning case design, including design concept,content, hierarchical criteria.In the fifth part is "guided learning" teaching model research in middle school geography teaching, including teaching concrete operation, case study, questionnaire survey and the analysis of the results.
