Research On The Quality Guarantee System Of Postgraduate Education In Physical Education

Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge capital, economicglobalization, information network, the world economy, science and technology competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the higher education has put forward a severe challenge, who is in the leading position in Higher Education in twenty-first Century, who will be in the active position in the international competition in twenty-first Century. Under the guidance of this idea, the graduate education in our country has entered a period of rapid development. Since the implementation of the degree system in 1981, the enrollment scale of graduate students in China has increased from 331 in 1998 to 4000 in 2007, and the total number of graduate students increased from 833 in 2007 to 11875 in 1998. The Yunnan Normal University also so, from 6 people in 2012 to expand to 96 people in 2002, people in a short span of 10 years to expand 16 times, the development speed is amazing. Under the rapid expansion of the scale of graduate education, it is necessary to have a certain impact on the quality of postgraduate training, which has forced us to think about the problem of improving the quality.this paper, uses the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logical analysis to study the quality assurance system of the postgraduate training. The full text is divided into three parts:First of all, the relevant concepts of the quality assurance system for the master of physical education and the research status quo of the research on the quality assurance system of the graduate students in the physical education are analyzed. It points out that the factors affecting the cultivation of the students’ quality assurance are four aspects: the cultivation, the cultivation conditions, the training process and the training effect.Secondly, it analyzes the problems existed in the training quality of Postgraduates of Yunnan Normal University as an example to build the quality evaluation system of graduate students in Yunnan Normal University. Through the analysis of the weight of the evaluation index, the main factors that affect the quality of the students in the physical education of Yunnan Normal University are the main factors, such as training objectives, enrollment methods, curriculum setting, tutor team, paper quality evaluation and so on.Finally, the quality assurance system of the postgraduate training system is constructed by analyzing the quality evaluation system of the master graduate students of physical education.
