Exploration On The Way Of "Four Combinations" In The Training Of Professional Nursing Professionals

People have more and more requirement of healthy services and medical education level, with the continuous development of Chinese economic and society.Nursing vocational education is always weak relatively in our country’s vocational education system. Nursing education mode of talent training cannot blindly copy other professional personnel training mode because of its particularity. It should pay attention to not only theory and practice, students can’t only pursue the improvement of nursing technology and ignore the comprehensive quality of ascension. In such a case, the construction of a new talent training way for the development of the nursing vocational education is extremely urgent.This study constructed a secondary nursing education personnel training way of "four combinations", through the analysis comparison to the domestic and foreign existing vocational education personnel training way carries on, in "competence-based education" and "person’s full scale development" theory, under the guidance of theories related to the secondary specialized school of Chinese medicine nursing profession in Yunnan as an example.The introduction mainly elaborated the research background, summarized and analyzed the existing research both at home and abroad, expounded the research significance and method, defined the relevant concepts, and pointed the relevant theoretical basis of this study.This thesis has three chapters. The first chapter analyzed and compared the secondary vocational nursing talents cultivation way building needs. Analysis of secondary vocational nursing talents cultivation way to construct the feasibility and the necessity of constructing elements and dimensions, and construct the theoretical basis. The second chapter research and analyses the secondary vocational nursing personnel training survey. Through questionnaire investigation, from the aspects of unit of choose and employ persons, students in Yunnan province secondary vocationalschools of traditional Chinese medicine original talent training present situation investigation and the existing problems are analyzed.Third chapter constructed the "four combinations" talent training way, trying to secondary specialized school of Chinese medicine nursing profession in Yunnan as an example, according to the cultivating way building elements and dimensions, build "professional and form, the combination of theory and practice, combining traditional and modern, the combination of internal and external combination" of the "four combinations" personnel training way, raises has the solid specialized knowledge, skilled practice operation skill, also have a certain cultural quality and sustainable development ability of secondary health talented person. Conclusion of thesis summarized the research contents and achievements, pointed out the deficiency and outlook in the future of the research.
