On January 24,2019,the State Council printed and issued the "national vocational education reform implementation plan",which makes it clear that vocational education and general education are two different types of education and have the same important status.The State advocates to inject diversified education models into basic education to provide talent support for the transformation and development of society.The integration of vocational education and general higher education,as the intermediary of each other,guides practice rationally,pays attention to students’ personal real life,and quickly becomes the catalyst to promote economic development,meet social needs,and improve the employment rate of college students.The study investigates four major in nine schools in Jilin Province,and through interview,questionnaire and comparative analysis,analyzes the five dimensions of the "3+4" talent training mode,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the "3+4" talent training mode,and puts forward measures for improving the "3+4" talent training mode.The first part introduces the study background and significance,combs the current research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods of the thesis.The second part defines the relevant concepts of the "3+4" secondary vocational undergraduate talent training mode,and expounds the theoretical support of "3+4" talent training.The third part analyzes the current situation of the link up of the secondary vocational and undergraduate education in Jilin Province from five dimensions: training objectives,curriculum cohesion,teachers allocation,evaluation mode and talent training quality.The fourth part analyzes the characteristics and advantages of "3+4" talent training,and points out that the process of "3+4" talent training has problems such as the lack of smooth connection of training system,improper connection of training objectives,imperfect curriculum connection,backward teachers and inconsistent evaluation methods.The fifth part respectively explores the top level guarantee from the national level,improves the communication mechanism of the Chinese-based connection from the school level,clarifies the target orientation of talent training,improves the curriculum cohesion system,strengthens the construction of the teachers team,and establishes the objective and fair evaluation standard to establish the "3 + 4" personnel training security system,the main problems are that the government formulates the overall plan,encourages characteristic universities to participate in the pilot,highlights the professionalism,deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises,increases the proportion of practical courses,strengthens the practical teaching ability,improves the proportion of "double qualified" teachers,and establishes a multiple evaluation system from the connotation of vocational education.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection of the whole article,and establishes the quality assurance system of talent training connecting secondary vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges.
