High school physics classroom is the home of the implementation of quality education, and it is to implement the main battlefield of physics curriculum standards, moreover, it is the main channel to improve studentsscientific literacy. For the students in high school, Their study pressure is big, and their burden of thoughts is heavy, their independent learning time is short, and their choices of learning opportunities are rare and less. Therefore, students’ personality and specialty can’ t be developed. The future of society is a learning and innovation oriented society, students are required to have independent learning ability, innovative consciousness and practical ability. Physics classroom must provide students with the opportunity to develop their abilities and space, must promote the all-round development of them, must make students form the habit of scientific thinking, Master the knowledge and skills of lifelong learning, have core competence to conform to the international talent standard. While teachers are required to continue to study teaching, keep pace with the times, create efficient classroom, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, and give students time and space.In view of this problem, this paper has carried on the related research.This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter briefly introduces the purpose and significance of the research, the process and methods. The second chapter makes a simple definition of "teaching" and "Curriculum", "effective teaching" and "efficient classroom" and "high school physics efficient class", at the same time, this paper discusses the basic theory and teaching theory of classroom teaching. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the senior high school physics class. Combined with the results of the third chapter, the paper puts forward the teaching strategies of high school physics and high efficiency classroom in the fourth chapter. Based on the teaching practice, taking the movement of the horizontal projectile as an example, the design of efficient classroom teaching is analyzed in the fifth chapter. Finally, the full text is summarized.
