Special education is an integral part of the educational system in China. With the development of Education, special education is gradually being concerned by all circles of society. More advanced teaching technology and equipment are introduced into the teaching of special education. In special education, Students with hearing disabilities occupy a very large proportion of students. In the process of developing special education, hearing disability education is regarded as the key educational content. A lot of advanced teaching technology and equipment, also was one of the first to introduce of the hearing-impaired students in classroom teaching, the effective promotion of the teaching quality and effect of promotion. The micro course and hearing-impaired students teaching of organic integration, micro courses "short, small, fine, live characteristics especially with the understanding of hearing impaired students, learning characteristics, computer application foundation curriculum teaching content knowledge and skills will be show in the form of micro class, to enhance the hearing impaired students’ interest in learning, promote the hearing-impaired students more efficient learning has a unique advantage.This paper mainly done the following aspects of the work:1.According to the requirements of deaf students course, do theoretical research.2.Tthe combination of the puzzles encountered in itself in the deaf students teaching, explore deaf students computer application foundation curriculum teaching improvement program to explore suitable for the characteristics of the teaching methods of the hearing-impaired students.3. A careful analysis of micro course production process to determine the technical route, made six suitable for use in deaf students computer application based curriculum of micro courses.4.Will make a good micro courses into the teaching process, and the effect of micro courses application in-depth analysis.The innovation of this paper:(1) sign language simultaneous interpretation video into the micro class, reduce deaf students difficulty in learning the basis of computer application.(2) the micro class integration into the hearing impaired students teaching process, for the hearing impaired students of computer application foundation curriculum development and put forward a new pattern.(3) through the practice, to verify the micro class applied to deaf students is effective in teaching of basic computer applications.The study of micro course and basic computer application teaching organically, both in line with physiological characteristics and learning characteristics of students with hearing impairment, and can effectively solve the difficult point of teaching. The micro teaching in the teaching of deaf students do a beneficial attempt and exploration, to the author’s own teaching work in the future to carry out can have a significant impact.
