Research On The Management Optimization Of College Students In Ordinary Universities

The university bear the responsibility to transport talents for society and to cultivate builders and successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. College students management work is one task of the ordinary colleges and universities. It is the foundation of other school works, and the quality of it is related directly to the fate of the school development.In 2013,the students who was born in 1995 entered university. They are the new group in the university. They were born in the high-speed economic development period when the policy of the reform and opening up was started. At that time they experienced the period of social transformation and many new demand characteristics were emerged. These new requirements become a big job for College students management. At the same time, in 2013 the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central Committee spirit is the rule of law.In 2014,the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central Committee spirit is comprehensively deepening the reform. In 2015 the fifth plenary session is put forward to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Work requirements are put up in every important meeting to ordinary universities: administering, comprehensive education reform, realizing the modernization of education in 2020, which gives new challenges to the universities’ students management. Furthermore, the in-conformity between the current college students’ management and students’ demands exists and has become a big problem in the aspect of management concept and pattern. Based on the empirical research, this article summarized demands of college students and put forward measures in the respects of the college students management concept, approaches and the subjects. The aim is to make the college students management work meets the needs of students, improve the management efficiency and enhance the education quality.
