Research On The Optimization Of Performance Management System In KJ College

With the continuous development of economy,education is also showing a thriving trend,especially the private education has been developing rapidly and effectively,the transformation of the Ministry of education in Application-oriented Colleges under the policy,private colleges development into a new chapter.The high level of teaching quality is the guarantee for the long-term development of private colleges and universities,and the high level of teaching quality is inseparable from the scientific and effective performance management system.In the daily management of the school in the process of actively implementing performance management can effectively enhance the school's human resources management level,so as to maximize the benefit of running a school,especially in the private universities often have a more prominent effect.The purpose of this paper is to study how to implement the performance management system in the private colleges and universities by optimizing the performance management of KJ institute.This paper is based on the theory of performance management and the common methods of performance management.Starting from the practice,using both qualitative and quantitative methods,makes a systematic investigation and analysis to KJ school organization,teachers' basic situation and problems of performance management,through the comparison,this paper proposes an improved KJ college performance management measures,provide a reasonable reference for the performance of private universities management.This paper explores the following:In the exploration of the performance appraisal system,taking into account the characteristics of private colleges and universities as well as the differences between the University and enterprise performance appraisal.And on the basis of KJ college performance appraisal system from the performance appraisal of the objectives and principles of performance appraisal process and the application of performance assessment and other aspects of the detailed analysis,pointed out that the KJ of existing problems in performance appraisal and puts forward appropriate measures.For other private colleges and universities to implement performance evaluation provides a reasonable reference...
