Research On The Design Of School Learning Support Service Based On Micro - Letter

In the process of promoting the construction of Information technology edu-cation, the traditional school education due to the imbalance between teachers and students, the classroom teaching time limit, the heavy teaching task, couple-d with the teachers’ energy is limited, students learning ability is insufficient,making teaching can’t well meet the needs of teachers and students. Distance education has a student-centered learning support services of excellent service concept and various forms of outside the classroom learning support means. At the same time, Wechat as a new network technology tool gets more and more attention from scholars in the field of education. The author imagine that the school education based on Wechat of learning support services can make up for the deficiency of the above problems.This paper uses the methods of literature study to understanding the dome-stic and international status of learning support services and Wechat education application, then summarizes Wechat education application potential combined with the latest version of WeChat analysis function and the characteristics of platform. Based on this, puts forward the learning support services design conc-ept which is based on wechat, combining with the characteristics of school learning support services builds the model of school learning support services.Finally, at the Yunnan Normal University Freshman compulsory course of " fundamentals of computers " in the practice of the pilot, using the practice feedb-ack the results to the design was improved. Study shows that in the wechat platform to carry out the learning support services, can effectively solve the pr-oblem of the lack of communication between students and teachers, to meet the need of information society the teacher teaching and student learning, make up for the deficiency of the traditional classroom teaching, improve the teachin-g effect.
