With the rapidly development of China’s education, language teaching is facing new opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, the various types of primary school textbooks to develop that according to the new curriculum standards, fit the needs of students, fit local characteristics, and good results have been achieved; on the other hand, how to enhance the effectiveness of primary school literacy materials to improve the literacy level of student and become the important issues of educators to discuss. Therefore, the study of lower primary segment(first grade, second grade) literacy teaching is important.For convenience, the study choose two sets of Chinese textbook be used for the city of GuiZhou: Liupanshui and Guiyang. Such as the version of Xinan normal University press and Jiangsu educational press. Statement the characteristics and concept of choreography of them. Through literacy test, teacher questionnaire and interviews, comparative analysis the differences of two sets of textbooks in quantity, requirements and methods of literacy. Teaching effect of literacy and teacher evaluation of two sets of textbooks.The main conclusions of this study was: in the number of literacy requires the version of Xinan normal University press lightly higher than the version of Jiangsu education press, but the number of statistical difference. Through the test of the literacy of student effect, the version of Jiangsu education press is better than the version of Xinan normal University press. By comparing two versions of textbooks, the version of Jiangsu education press emphasizes the contextual impact on literacy, teachers in the teaching process mainly adopts creating different context, a professor at the new words, and pay attention to stimulate students interest in learning in the teaching attaches great importance to deepen students’ understanding of the meaning and improve students’ ability of how to use the new words; the version of Xinan normal University press stressed on the memorization of Chinese characters, the teacher in teaching with pictures(lenovo) literacy, pictographic literacy and literacy structure method, teached the structure of the new words and writing, teachers in the teaching process pay attention to the diversification of teaching methods, and the cultivation of students’ observation, logic thinking, effectively help students to master the new words of glyph and strokes.The study of the textbooks comparative is not to compare, attempting to layout characteristics of regularity and methods by study textbook of the version of Xinan normal University press and Jiangsu educational press. Through research, personal thought of: literacy teaching on the basis of the features and advantages in teaching material into full play, by professor teaching material as the foundation, absorbs the essence of the other version teaching material, teacher’s own teaching experience, the sensitivity of the student to the teaching mode, the flexible use of teaching mode and form, in order to improve the students’ learning efficiency and achieve the teaching goals better.
