Va Autonomous County of Cangyuan is a backward area of education in Yunnan Province. After the founding of the People’s Republic, Cultural education in Cangyuan into school education from General education in the past. In 2006, China implemented the “Modern distance education project in rural primary and middle schools”, Cangyuan configured the first batch of computer equipment to create the IT education in primary and secondary schools. At present, Digital, network, multimedia and intelligent teaching system has been popularized in Developed regions of China,The change of education concept, teaching methods, learning style follows. Cangyuan conforms to the trend of the times, invested a lot of money in the information construction of basic education to develop the promotion of IT in junior high school and primary school. The level of basic education information of Cangyuan has been greatly improved, but still can not meet the needs of education and teaching.“The new criterion for curriculum ” has pointed out the goal of IT education at Compulsory education stage in China. However, backward information construction constraints the students in Cangyuan area to upgrade IT capacity and Improve IT literacy. In addition, Because of regional characteristics which due to the formation of long historical reasons, students in Ethnic Minority Regions have poor cultural foundation and weak self-control. Teachers’ old teaching methods of a part of teachers,students’ not suitable learning styles, causes some students to have learning disabilities in IT subject, they can not be qualified in the academic proficiency test.This article is aimed at students in Grade eight who with learning disabilities in the learning of IT subjects, begin with the teachers’ teaching methods and the students’ learning style in Cangyuan area, through a mass of questionnaires and reviews. The analysis states that: first, teachers should change the educational idea, choose appropriate teaching methods; second, teachers should respect the individual differences of students and take differences Teaching to transform the learning disabilities of IT from the teacher’s point of view.The author starts from these aspects: the teaching method of the teachers and the students’ learning style, have done the practices to transform IT learning disabilities in the Grade eight. Reference parallel class,students with learning disabilities have a great improvement in the ability of IT and IT literacy. It can be said that the practice of transformation is successful. Of course, IT education is not a thing that can be solved immediately. There are still many problems to be solved. The author will continue to think and study and do practice in education of the course in the future.
