A Study On The Flow And Loss Of Primary And Middle School Teachers In County

The willing of teacher mobility and teacher attrition is an important research topic.Grasping the willing of teacher mobility and teacher attrition is helpful to put forward the pertinence opinion and suggestion for teacher staff.This study develops the survey about the willing of the teacher mobility and teacher attrition of primary and secondary school teachers in counties of Yunnan province by questionnaire and interview. It also analysis the influencing factors of the willing of the teacher mobility and teacher attrition of primary and secondary school teachers in counties of Yunnan province and draw a conclusion. In the end, it makes thinking on stability of teacher staff.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly explains six aspects:the presentation of questions, research significance, the definition of core concepts, the related literature review,research thinking and research methods.The second chapter is the current situation investigation and analysis of the willing of the teacher mobility and teacher attrition of primary and secondary school teachers in counties of Yunnan province.It develops the survey by questionnaire and interview and states the results from four aspects:the whole situation of the willing,the way of the willing, difference analysis of demographic variables and harmful effects of the teacher mobility and teacher attrition.The third chapter analyzes the influencing factors which caused the teacher mobility and the teacher attrition in counties of Yunnan province,it mainly discussed from teachers self-factor,family factor,school factor and social factor.The fourth chapter is conclusion of this study and the author’s thinking.It is about the thinking of stabling the teacher staff in counties of Yunnan province.It puts forward thinking from government policy,.school management and teachers’ self-aspects.
