In recent years,the country has invested a lot of material resources and energy in rural schools,and rural education has been developed to a certain extent.A large number of rural teachers flow to cities,widening the gap between urban and rural primary and secondary schools,hindering the improvement of rural education quality,not conducive to the balanced development of education.In view of this,it is urgent to explore a scientific and reasonable way of teachers'mobility,stabilize the rural team,let the rural teachers teach better,and improve the teaching quality of rural schools.Taking a rural primary school in Guizhou Province as a case study,the author studies the changes of teachers'mobility in this school in the past 50 years,starting with the changes of villagers'livelihood,the changes of the primary school in x village and the transformation of teachers'identity in x village,this paper analyzes how teachers as social individuals flow in the social changes to explore the truth behind the flow of teachers,hoping to explore a targeted way of reasonable teacher flow.The study is divided into three major parts:The first is to grasp the overall village,small village and the changes in teacher structure.The author is not limited to the issue of teacher mobility in x village,but hopes to grasp the change of x village,the change of x village primary school and the background of the change of rural teacher structure.For a long time,the villagers of village x have been based on agriculture,and agricultural income is their main source of living.After the reform and opening-up,the economy in the eastern region has developed and provided a large number of job opportunities for migrant workers.Therefore,many villagers of village x have gone to the eastern region to earn a living,the village has also become a hollow village,the school has also become an empty shell school,the source of students has decreased sharply,the young teachers have left the village small.The second is to study the process of teacher flow in x village.This part is the core of the study,which is divided into three chapters according to three time periods.Phase?:1970s to 1980s;Phase ?:1990s to early 21st Century;Phase ?:21st Century to present.From these three stages,it presents the characteristics of teacher flow,and describes the story of rural teacher flow in different stages.The third is the attribution and exploration of rural teacher mobility.This paper analyzes the changes of teachers' flow in Xicun Primary School in the past 50 years,and finds that,influenced by two factors,the teachers' flow has changed from "sticking to the countryside" to "a single city".Based on the characteristics of mobility,it should be developed and maintained by the joint efforts of all the subjects to explore a well-ordered path of rural teachers' mobility with the idea of "trinity" of state behavior,social behavior and teacher behavior.
