Young teachers in private universities are the backbone of teaching,research and student work in private universities.The flow of young teachers in private colleges and universities has kept the vitality of the main body of higher education and also brought challenges to the stability of the construction of young teachers in private colleges and universities.This study is guided by the problems brought about by the flow of young teachers from Xi'an private colleges and universities to the stability of the teaching staff of private colleges and universities.In general,problems are analyzed,analyzed,and solved.Reliability,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on each dimension of the scale.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,the reasons for the flow of young teachers in private universities and the flow of teachers to the construction of young teachers in private universities were obtained.Negative impact,and elaborated from the macro,meso,and micro levels,from the macro level of the society,the proposal to create an external environment for the construction of private young teacher teams;focusing on the internal management of private colleges and universities to change their management concepts,improve private The training mechanism for young teachers in universities optimizes the governance level within the organization.Enhance the flexibility and market competitiveness of private colleges and universities by enriching the form of salary,and in the dynamic process of creating a scientific assessment system,to achieve the role of assessment as a booster of teacher incentives;based on the young private teachers themselves,Suggestions for strengthening professional cultivation and professional qualities were put forward to stabilize the young faculty in Xi'an private colleges.The ultimate purpose of this research is to promote the rapid development of private higher education and help the national higher education and social economy by studying the flow of young teachers in Xi'an private colleges to promote the stability and optimization of the construction of young teachers in private colleges across the country.The development of China has provided suggestions for promoting the construction of high-quality private college teachers,and made efforts to achieve a higher level of development of private higher education in China.
