More and more rural teachers have been teaching in the city, and the problem of the structural shortage of rural teachers has been more and more serious. Under such circumstance, in 2004, the government promotes the reform of rural teachers supplement and hope to able to develop a batch of excellent teachers who will teach in rural for a long time. But it failed. Based on this problem, my study takes the rural teachers as research objects who get jobs from the policies of the reform of complementary mechanism of the rural teachers. The study traces their overall flow process from rural school to city, then demonstrates the essence of the flow. This study uses qualitative research method, taking the J middle school on B village in Hunan province as an example. The study, using the Bourdieu's theory of field and habitus, investigates the whole process of the rural teacher mobility, which explain the essence of the rural teacher mobility from the micro and macro aspects and then put forward the corresponding measure. In the field of the position competition between urban and rural teachers, the rural teachers, who restricted by the quantity and structure of their capital, have to take the strategy of curving into the city. In other words, they teach in rural school temporarily, and then seek opportunities into the city to work. In microcosm, this strategy is the contradictory results between rural teachers' habitus and rural schools, the habitus of rural students and their parents. The triple contradictions caused the vicious cycle in rural school, which further promotes the whole process of curving into the city.In macrocosm, this strategy is the results of the reproduction of social structure. Namely the urban-rural dual structure turns into the rural teachers' cognitive structure to the city. Under the cognitive structure, rural teachers implement the strategy of curving curving into city firmly, which promotes the class reproduction of rural teachers and their students. At present, rural teachers curving into the city has gradually become the new normal of rural teacher mobility. Facing the situation, under the circumstances that the "cutting expenditure" conducted by government have not delivered the desired effects, government should explore the real interest equilibrium between rural teachers and rural school, and implement the policy of half put half stay. Through this, the dilemma of rural education could be improved effectively.
