This study based on the expectancy theory and social exchange theory of the psychological contract. the author compiled psychological contract questionnaire for vocational school teachers(Hereinafter call teachers).The questionnaire is divided into two sub-questionnaires named the teachers’ responsibility and school responsibilities. each questionnaire has three factors:standard responsibility, interpersonal responsibility, development responsibility. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is fine. Taking use of this self-compiled questionnaire and other two questionnaires as well, the author surveyed the psychological contract, job satisfaction and job burnout, and explored their relationship. The results show that:1. The three-dimensional structure of teachers psychological contract is more reasonable. The division of the three factors is more in line with China’s cultural characteristics.Teachers psychological contract is divided into two aspects:"the teachers the responsibility of the school "(Teacher’s responsibility) and "school teachers responsibility"(school responsibility). Teachers’ responsibility and school responsibilities have three factors, standard responsibility, interpersonal responsibility, development responsibility. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is fine.2. Teacher responsibility, teacher’s fulfillment responsibility and the school responsibility of teacher’s psychological contract are in the high level,but the school fulfillment responsibility are ordinary.Job satisfaction in general, not serious job burnout.3. In the analysis of demographic variables, teachers in higher positions and high incomes are superior to lower and less incomes in psychological contract, job satisfaction and job burnout, Low-seniority teachers to experience higher job satisfaction and lower burnout. In developed area, teachers feel low job burnout and stronger psychological contract. On the status of the psychological contract,female teachers better than male teachers, young teachers’s job satisfaction better than the senior ones. 4. There are correlations among the psychological contract, job satisfaction and job burnout.5. Psychological contract and job satisfaction can significantly predict job burnout, psychological contract can predict job satisfaction, school responsibility can predict teachers responsibility in psychological contract.6. Job satisfaction directly affect to job burnout, psychological contract through the job satisfaction affect job burnout, school responsibility is tired through the teacher responsibility and job satisfaction to affect job burnout.
