Management is indispensable to the school organization.With the popularity of the mid twentieth Century people-oriented management thought,psychological characteristics and mechanism of the management object is attracted to the researchers and managers who pay attention to the basic assumption,which is any management initiatives are through the individual psychological reflection caused the utility.A lot of research on employee mind is involved in the psychological contract,and has confirmed that the psychological contract is an important factor that affecting the level of job involvement and job performance of employees.With the rapid development of economy in society today,the spirit of the contract and the contract application has been very popular,the rights and obligations stipulated by the contract of the contract are both closely linked,it is a solid guarantee of the normal operation of the organization,but the attention contract often exists in the form of contract,economic contract based on exchange basis,and the psychological contract is not explicit,implicit,not open,which is easy to be ignored by managers,but is also affecting the working enthusiasm of the staff,creative education as important factors.To promote the sustainable development cause of the southern part of Xinjiang,the level of psychological contract of teachers is necessary to focus on schools for management purposes,but also affect the quality of education.Therefore,this study firstly on the concept of psychological contract theory and related research,makes detailed analysis;secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey to the south part and the current situation of psychological contract of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Kashi city of Xinjiang by sampling survey,and on this basis to explore the relationship between the level of psychological contract and job satisfaction of them;finally,expand the factorial discussion and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the results,in order to enhance the management level of Kashi city schools,promoting the development of education in primary and middle schools.In this study,randomly selected teachers of middle school and primary school in Kashi city came to 420,as the object of investigation.The final recovery of 231 valid questionnaires,and through the SPSS20.0 software to collect the data processing and analysis,the results showed that: the level of psychological contract of teachers in primary and middle school in the city of Kashi in the development of the school responsibility dimension factor and the factor of concern scores of responsibility and responsibility than the trade factor score is low;it had a significant positive correlation with the two dimensions of psychological contract of teachers and teachers to experience total scores and job satisfaction,the result shows that the psychological contract is an important factor affecting job satisfaction,which is supporting the previous research.
