In order to understand the present situation of College Teachers’job satisfaction, this paper attempts to use two kinds of theory about psychological contract and job satisfaction jointly, from the viewpoint of psychological contract construct the influence factors of teachers’job satisfaction, then on this basis try to enhance teachers’management.Firstly, This paper will systematically review domestic and foreign research situation on these two thoeries about psychological contract and job satisfaction, define the basic concept in this study, determine the research objects and establish the basic hypothesis, secondly, we will go on the empirical study, taking Beijing Forestry University in-service teachers as research object, through literature review, questionnaire to acquire the survey results of teachers’psychological contract and job satisfaction contents; on this basis, prove that the psychological contract and job satisfaction have significant con-elation, specific performance in three aspects:Teachers’psychological contract can significantly affect the teachers’job satisfaction;Teachers’psychological contract in gender, age, position, title, education and marital status of individual variables have significant differences;Teachers’job satisfaction in sex, position, educational background and marital status of individual variables have significant differences.Consequently, based on conclusions of this research, in view of the present school human resources management, make an effort to propose some opinions to optimize the human resources management from some dimensions of the psychological contract.
