With the rapid rise of higher vocational colleges,the number of teachers in higher vocational colleges is also growing rapidly,and the job satisfaction of teachers is not increasing.The job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers will directly affect the work enthusiasm and the quality of teaching.The research of higher vocational teachers' job satisfaction starts late,with less quantity and less research from the perspective of psychological contract.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to find the point of agreement between the two and promote the development of higher vocational teachers' job satisfaction research from the perspective of organizational responsibility for employees in psychological contract.This study takes a private higher vocational college teacher in Guangzhou as the research object.From the perspective of psychological contract,the first-hand information is obtained through questionnaires and interviews,and the relevant analysis and regression analysis are carried out.The equity theory and two factor theory are used to try to find strategies to improve the job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn: psychological contract has a direct impact on teachers' job satisfaction.The positive effects of salary,bonus,welfare and working environment of transaction contract on teachers' job satisfaction.Different sides of the relationship contract have different influence on teachers' job satisfaction.There are significant differences in Teachers' psychological contract in their marital status,education background,professional title and working years.There are significant differences in teachers' job satisfaction in age,marriage,education background,professional title,working years,nature of work and number of lectures.Finally,according to the conclusion,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve teachers' job satisfaction from the dimensions of transaction contract and relationship contract.
