Since Chinese soccer professionalism carried out reform in 1994, the national team and professional soccer clubs had chosen Kunming as a training basis for winter training. Kunming witnessed the ebbs and flows of China’s soccer professionalism development. Different grades of national teams and professional clubs come to Kunming for winter training. This is an invisible hand which pushes the development of soccer carrier in Yunnan Province. It helps build a great atmosphere of playing soccer.Yunnan Hongta team had been dismissed at the end of 2003. It’s been a decade since the team was gone. In 2014, there were two teams, Mengzi Wanhao and Lijiang Jiayunhao which were all from Yunnan launching in CSL Serie B. They invigorated and brought a hope for the development of Yunnan’s soccer carrier.The athletic fitness ability of a soccer player refers to the abilities that are performed by the functionality of the player’s all organs in a match. This athletic fitness ability includes health fitness and athletic skills. It mainly refers to physical types, the constitution and functionality of a player. It includes the height, weight, speed, explosive strength, flexibility, coordination, sensitivity and cardiorespiratory endurance of a player. This research highlights that skills are a basis and the strategy is the key point. Excellent athletic fitness is the guarantee for winning a match. Under the unique highland nature condition of Yunnan, combining the athletic fitness with soccer training is important for this research.This article applies the interview method, experimental testing and statistic method to compare the athletic fitness of the soccer players before and after the winter training. The researching objects for this athletic fitness test are players from Mengzi Wanhao team and Lijiang Jiayunhao team which are all CSL Serie B teams. According to different positions, ages, training times and Quetlet indexes, players’ athletic fitness is analyzed. Gaps are therefore found to summarize the change of the key features of the professional soccer players’ athletic fitness in CSL Serie B under the intervention of different training methods.Through the comparison analysis, the results show that: the strikers and guards are tall but not strong enough; the midfielders are bit of weak; the explosiveness is discordant; the guards and the goalkeeper are with good strength; the strikers and midfielders are less speedy and powerful; the guards are less speedy; midfielders are with best flexibility, coordination and sensitivity and the strikers are at the second. The strikers are with the best endurance, the midfielders are at the second and the guards are the worst. At the same level of cardiopulmonary function, the midfielders are better than the strikers and the guards. But the midfielders are integrated players but they are scattered on the field and without excellent personal abilities.
