Aerobic exercise is a set of athletic programs combined with music, gymnastics and dance. Boasting for more than 20 years of history in our country, it is one of the important China’s international athletic sport. As a Skill-Dominated Sport, it aims to show the audience the characteristics of this project through the perfect complex sets of movements. Dynamic difficulty is indispensable for a set of difficult movements,but in dynamic difficult movement, the difficulty of the hip-up action gets a higher score because of the flexibility which has gained athletes’ favor, it not only enhances the beauty of the action for a choreographed action connected before and after this action, but also gets connected action points, increasing sets of scores.This paper mainly uses materials like literature, mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and experimental teaching methods, makes a 12 weeks of training experiment of 20 Competitive Aerobics Athletes from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Institute, by using variations of training methods(EXPLOSIVE A--FRAME, STRADDLE CUT ?TWIST TO PUSH UP). And after a comparison with case data before and after the experiment, it has drawn following conclusions:1. In the hip difficulty training of aerobics operation, through a 12-week training,to learn variations of effective training methods so to improve the difficult quality of EXPLOSIVE A--FRAME independently.2. Through the implementation of the training, the author has learned that variation training, compared with the traditional method of training, has improved quality of EXPLOSIVE A--FRAME in a set of actions.3. STRADDLE CUT ?TWIST TO PUSH UP helps to improve the quality of independently finish the movement under the variation training.4. Upon the process of the completion of the actions, through the implementation of the training method of variation, it helps to improve the quality of STRADDLE CUT ?TWIST TO PUSH UP, and reduce the error rate.From the above conclusion, suggestions are as follows:1. Experiments show that variation training helps to improve the completion quality of the students movement. Therefore it is suggested that the variations training method is feasible in the hip difficulty movement, and it is recommended to promote Variation Training.2. On the Variation of training methods, it is important to focus on the project characteristics of combined difficulty of the action, so as to ensure variation of training methods to meet the requirements of the technical difficulty of the operation.3. Due to the limitations of this paper: researches only on hip up difficult, the relatively small sample size and short training period, the research can not be made in depths, it is hoped that more long-term researches in this area can be conducted.
