| Cognitive training as an effective psychological training method in sports training has been used. In this paper, through the idea training in competitive aerobics sports training in the experimental application technology, discusses the idea of competitive aerobics training and the relationship between training, cognitive training in competitive aerobics training in how to implement in order to achieve the optimal training effect, this is intentional training method for improving the Ming aerobics teaching and training the importance of improving the quality of training.The aerobics training experimental teaching to explore how to implement the idea training in aerobics is more effective in training, to further improve the competitive aerobics training theory and practice.
