The rapid development of information technology and revolution of traditional education theory bring huge impact on network learning. An education reform is being springing out quietly, which is characterized by opening and sharing. Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC) drew peoples’ widespread attentions in 2012, and even was praised as the greatest innovation since the invention of printing. However, MOOC also has some deficiencies. For example, the teaching method of MOOC is still relatively monotonous, the learning process of MOOC is easy to let students feel alone, and the completion rate of MOOC is very low. Moreover, MOOC mainly focuses on teachers’ teaching and audio-visual instruction, which can’t provide high quality and personalized learning support services for most MOOC learners. Therefore, some teacher criticized that MOOC had only brought massive production of knowledge, but couldn’t realize the personalized and customized learning of MOOC.Nowadays, the research of MOOC only rests on the phenomenon, and lacks the design on learning resources and system framework which based on MOOC’s teaching theories. For colleges and universities, we only care about the sustainable development of the MOOC. We use literature research method and modeling to explain the instructional system design about the Learning Customized of MOOC(LC-MOOC), which include teaching theory, system design and model application. LC-MOOC has three sub-models, which is respectively situation model, guide model and learning model. We are based on three lines to construct LC-MOOC model. The first line is the design of situation model, the second line is guide model, the last line is learning model, which are include the determining the design concept, the instructional design, system design and model application four processes. In order to explain the design and application of LC-MOOC, we need to complete three tasks. Firstly, situation model can make adaptive adjustment according to different learning devices, because this can decrease the external cognitive load according to cognitive load theory. Guide model can instruct learners to choose appropriate MOOC and peer, because this can improve learning motivations according to adaptive learning theory. Learning model can guide learners to use course knowledge map to make adaptive learning, because this can make learning process more gaming and visualization. Secondly, we complete the course development and instruction design of va culture in Massive Online learning of Minority Culture Education, which is based on the design theory of LC-MOOC model, and explain thoroughly the entire process of how to apply the LC-MOOC to get result webpage. Finally, we invite 20 experiencers to learning the va culture courses, and write down the attitude about the course, which is contained in the questionnaire of Massive Online learning of Minority Culture Education. To our delightful, most experiencers are basically satisfied with the application results of LC-MOOC.As shown in the paper, we are exploring the application results of LC-MOOC model, which is to construct an immersive, strong-interaction and personalized online learning environment in MOOC, all this are based on the Massive Online learning of Minority Culture Education. There are two innovative ideas about the model. Firstly, when we construct a guide model, we use matching strategies of learning peers, because communities are not only conductive to communicate positively between learners, but also can improve the sense of belonging of learning. Secondly, when we construct learning model, we make the idea about course learning based on knowledge. Course knowledge map offers an unlined and visualized course structure, therefore, learners can choose suitable learning path according to their own learning style and learning characterizes. In short, learning model use the course knowledge map to construct a learning scaffold, this can make the MOOC learning process more gaming and visualized.
