According to Xu Lin reported in the development of the Confucius college interview, in 2009 Confucius college in the world has reached more than 200, the number of Chinese schools in the world has more than 4 million. To 2014, according to people’s Daily reported, 443 Confucius Institutes settled in 120 countries and regions, the number of Chinese learning foreign has more than 1 billion.The number of current teachers for the primary Chinese International Education is not enough.As for the professional knowledge and classroom management and other aspects,there exist the advantages for the Primary Chinese teachers engaging themselves into the the primary stage of Chinese International Education.Basing on the correlation theories of Chinese International Education and Chinese teaching in the primary school, combing the one of the domestic primary school and teachers in it at the same time, this paper will make a research on the conditions that what are essential requirements for those teachers who are the Primary Chinese teachers before engaged in the Chinese International Education, hoping that it will make some contribution for this career.This paper will be divided into four parts to make the relevant research. The first part will discuss the reasons why this topic is selected, its academic value and innovations, and about the achievements what have been made. In the part of what the achievements have been made, this thesis emphasizes on the primary Chinese education and its relationship with the second language teaching, aiming at pointing out that primary Chinese education has a long history, and its teaching theories are adequate. Its teaching methods are mature. It has made a large number of achievements. This thesis will make a comparison between the Chinese teaching and the teaching Chinese as a second language. Chinese International Education is seeking the advantages of resources in the Chinese language teaching system for providing that there are the reasonable theories for the primary Chinese teachers engaging in the Chinese International Education.The First chapter is a part of forming a connecting link between the preceding and the following passage, mainly discussing the over all situations of the teachers of the Chinese International Education.. This chapter points out that the shortage of the number of teachers, the source of the shortage of teachers, lack of teaching experience is the main cause of teachers’ predicament. For all the reasons above, teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially in the primary stage, it is urgent to improve the teaching situation.The Second chapter and the Third chapter are the main parts of the thesis. The third chapter makes a detailed comparative study of the four aspects of the primary Chinese teaching and the primary stage of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the discipline nature, teaching objectives, teaching principles, the requirements of the quality of teachers, founding that there are similarities between the two disciplines so that the Chinese International Education could seek the dominant resources form the primary Chinese teaching. The last chapter is the expansion and extension of the third chapter. Combining with the author’s personal practice and survey results, on the basis of the current transformation problems for the Chinese teachers dealing with the Chinese International Education, this paper explores the conditions for successful transformation.
