A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Teaching Reform In Primary And Middle Schools

Changes in information technology is promoting the development of education. Flipped classroom, which originated in the United States, has had a huge impact for the current reform of the curriculum. It is also mushroomed all over the country. This paper chooses three representative schools from Shinan District, Qingdao, summarize the practical background, the process and the results,and analyze and factors that affect the practice effect. We hoped we can clear the education situation, and then use the flipped classroom correctly.The paper is divided into five parts. In the preface, the author summarizes the topic reason and research significance, introduces purpose and use of major research methods. In the second part, the author do a literature review of current studies about flipped classroom, to pave the way to expand the paper’s in-depth. In the third part, we selected three schools which practice “flipped classroom “in Qingdao, make a detailed description of the implementation of the flipped classroom conditions and background of each school, the implementation process and the implementation of results. In the fouth part of the paper, supported by many examples,the author analyize the influencing factor of each schools’ performance from varity impact factors, such as the flipped classroom teaching model itself, educational government, schools, students and parents. In the last part, the author combines with the actual situation of education in China, to give some suggestions of flipped classroom.Faced with this new teaching model, we should be based on China’s actual conditions, consider our educational and cultural traditions, to avoid follow suit with formal, seize its essence, so that flipped classroom teaching model can truly reform our education services.
