In 2007,some foreign scholars were attracted by flipped classroom.After three years,its influence expanded to the national and global.From "Forest park" in Colorado to JuKui middle school in Chong Qing,flipped classroom has crossed a course of the Pacific Ocean.The reform of flipped classroom teaching shows the real teaching reform,reversing classroom order,highlighting the student's dominant position,saving class time,lowering the cost of teaching,no denying the importance of the traditional teaching mode in the school teaching at the same time,so as to get approval of majority of the scholars in our country.To turn the flipped classroom to localization in China,a lot of effort is done.During it,many excellent research results and related research literature have been produced.The first is the flip class model and its application.The second is based on the background of subject of flipped classroom's case study,assessment study,the research on role of teachers and students,research on teaching methods(MOOC or WeChat as the background),and so on.At present,the category of research on flipped classroom is various,some aspects of the research are quite detailed and rigorous.Therefore,these researches provide advanced theory and practical experience for the study.Throughout most of the existing research literature,teacher' ability of controlling in flipped classroom has been not found temporarily.Based on the theory of constructivism learning,the theory of instructional design and the theory of classification of learning results,this study analyzed the flipped classroom teaching practice of H middle school and the current situation and problems of middle school teachers' ability to control flipped classroom.Through observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other obtained first-hand information.The Evaluation scale of ability of controlling in flipped classroom has been constructed on the basis of the data analysis.The scale was used to investigate the teachers' ability of controlling and the evaluation results were analyzed.Finally,a few suggests of promoting teachers' ability of controlling is given.The study implements the teachers' ability of controlling for example with H middle school,hoping that the results of the study that assessment scale of middle school teachers' ability of controlling is constructed and several suggestions whichcan improve middle school teachers' ability of controlling can play the role of the guider and can provide the beneficial reference for flipped classroom on practice and theoretical research in middle school.
