Track and Field Specialized Course teaching objectives and teaching content settings, directly related to the students possess comprehensive ability, only with good overall ability to gain a foothold in severe social competition. With the gradual deepening educational reform, how to make full use of extracurricular time will extend curricular teaching classes, students outside class integration to achieve comprehensive ability.In this paper, social needs and objectives of Physical Education Professional Training on the background of the integrated use of literature, investigation and quantity statistics and other research methods, through the current education curriculum Student Athletic Specialty Sports College Sports Current Situation of Comprehensive Ability in-depth analysis, analysis of Track and Field Specialized course in students’ comprehensive ability problems exist. Tentatively proposed athletics specializing students should have comprehensive capabilities and to develop ways and case studies, explore effective ways of Track and Field Specialized Course of internal and external integration of students comprehensive ability. In this study, the following conclusions:1. Sports Athletics Training Course educational institutions mainly target students master the basic knowledge of track and field, basic techniques and basic skills, with the track and field teaching, training, and guidance Amateur Athletic competition and refereeing organizational competency-based curriculum training objectives.2. In recent years, Physical Education Athletic Specialty Course total hours of the institutions there are different degrees of reduction, total hours 500 hours or more, four institutions 3 institutions in more than 400 hours, respectively, each of the 1 and 2 300 colleges and 200 hours or less. Among them, the Beijing Sports University and the Shanghai Institute of Physical Education 576 hours maximum, minimum 192 hours of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education.3. Physical Teaching Content of Physical Education Colleges Athletic Specialty courses constitute the main two types, one is the theory of teaching content, teaching content and technology practice three aspects constitute the other is the theory of teaching content, teaching technology two content constituted aspects. There are six Colleges Athletic Subject Teaching content constituted by three categories.4. Physical education Athletic Specialty Practice Teaching Course contents occupied the top three institutions total hours followed by the institute Jilin, Chengdu and Shanghai institute institute three institutions, which accounted for 23.4 of total course hours %, 18.3% and 11.4%; Shenyang institute of Teaching practice course contents lowest proportion accounted for 4.2%.5. The institutions set up in the practice of teaching and practice of the semester content differences larger share of hours; 66.7% respectively institutions arrangements designed to write lesson plans; 50% of the institutions are operating arrangement and the referee experiment practice teaching, scientific research ability; 33.3% of the institutions have Lessons experiment, experiment teaching preparatory activities to develop and implement a training program links; 16.7% of the institutions are teaching primary and secondary schools sports simulation experiment, track and field basic techniques and training methods walkthrough practical teaching.6. In the creation of a practice teaching six colleges, five universities will be incorporated into the practice of evaluation results to the overall course grade, a not included in the total course grade; the creation of different institutions teaching practice content, Teaching practice semester examination results accounted course grade are not the same proportion.7. Teaching Practice Content of Track and Field Training Courses Training courses can better meet the objectives set out in a variety of capacities, practical teaching and practice settings are not comprehensive evaluation of physical education is not perfect Athletic Specialty Practice Teaching institutions the main problems that exist.Physical Education Athletic Specialty Sports Colleges 8. Comprehensive capabilities include the ability to track and field teaching, the ability to guide the track and field training, guidance fitness ability, organization and contest the referee capacity, research capacity 5 longitudinal and 29 transverse ability index capability index.9. curricular and outside class by selecting appropriate teaching methods, using case teaching theory course, practice optimizing the teaching content and organization of extracurricular competitions, organized a variety of training and assessment, create a track and field club training integration way to cultivate the students specializing in Track and Field comprehensive ability.10. After the adoption of integration of the development section, student self-assessment and instructor education practice base for students overall evaluation results are consistent, comprehensive ability of students specializing in athletics in a better level of above described construct and outside class integration of students ways comprehensive ability to be effective.
