Key competencies research began in the 1990 s.European and American countries have formed a relatively systematic content system based on their national conditions to adapt to the trend of educational reform and meet the needs of social development.Under the guidance of this concept,Chinese scholars have carried out a lot of research on key competencies.In 2016,a research report named "Core Competencies and Values for Chinese Student" was released,which pointed out a new direction for China's education reform.The cultivation of key competencies of primary and middle school students requires the teaching of front-line teachers.The quality of teachers becomes the basis of the training quality of key competencies.And the educational philosophy and teaching ability of teachers become the key to accomplish this task.With the comprehensive advancement of education reform,attaching importance to the cultivation of students' key competencies and practicing the connotative development of education has become the focus of teaching and reforming of physical education.The educational concept and practical teaching ability of physical education majors relates to the quality of physical education,and also relates to the realization of the goal of cultivating key competencies.Track ans field is not only the foundation of all sports,but also an important part of physical education.It has unique educational values.Improving the track and field teaching ability of physical education majors in an all-round way is a requirement for talent training and contributes to the improvement of their overall physical education level.It is a basic requirement for the reform of education and teaching and the professional development of teachers.This paper uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and field survey method to study the sample school of Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University.Through investigating the track and field teaching ability of students major in physical education,explores and clarifies in great depth of influence factors.Then put forward the construction of the track and field teaching ability training for physical education students from the key competencies perspective.Finally,proposes a theoretical reference for optimizing the students' track and field teaching ability training.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the core literacy system provides an important basis for the construction of track and field teaching ability for students majoring in physical education;The core accomplishment framework of Chinese students 'sports discipline lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of track and field teaching ability of students majoring in physical education;The type of physical education teacher's teaching ability has clear direction for the construction of track and field teaching ability of students majoring in physical education;The uniqueness of track and field projects puts forward specific requirements for the construction of track and field teaching ability of students majoring in physical education.Based on the above basis,combined withthe interviews of sports education students,track and field course teachers,and sports teachers in primary and secondary schools,the track and field teaching ability of sports education students is divided into three dimensions: basic ability,practical ability,and moral training ability,and is subdivided into 11 specific elements.The questionnaire data shows that the overall track and field teaching ability of students in physical education is higher than the general level,and the basic ability is the best and the practice ability is the worst.The students in each dimension have a good grasp of the situation are the track and field teaching ability in the basic ability,the action demonstration and error correction ability in the practice ability,and the courage to fight and challenge ability in the moral training.There are significant differences between male and female students in track and field teaching design ability,action demonstration and error correction ability,and ability to cultivate unity and mutual assistance.There are significant differences between track and field students and non-track and field students in various track and field teaching abilities.Through the comparison between the physical education major and the track and field course content in primary and secondary schools,it is found that the physical education major course is missing in the long-term jump,solid ball,fun and simple track and field events.Third,the athletic education students 'track and field teaching ability is not perfect enough to fully meet the needs of track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools.Cognitive deviation is the ideological basis that affects students' track and field teaching ability;Lack of practice is the key link that affects students' track and field teaching ability;The single evaluation method is the main factor that affects students 'track and field teaching ability.Based on the above factors,the author puts forward the main ways to cultivate track and field teaching ability of sports education students from the viewpoint of core literacy.Fourth,in order to meet the needs of the current basic education reform in China,training the track and field teaching ability of students majoring in physical education should be guided by the concept of core literacy.Adhere to the basic principle that track and field theory and track and field teaching practice are unified,general teaching ability and track and field teaching ability are combined,and students' individual development and social basic needs are coordinated;To change cognition and meet the actual needs of the current basic education reform;Pay attention to the practice of track and field teaching,and increase the training of students 'track and field teaching ability;Improve the multiple evaluation system and promote the all-round development of students 'knowledge,ability and quality.
