Abilities education is required by world economic and scientific development, it is also the main task of the reform of college sports teaching. Our colleges and universities are in a crucial historical period to train personnel working. With the increasingly fierce competition, there is an increasingly grim challenge that the community and the quality of the workforce capacity of a higher demand. Higher Education Teachers'College is the teachers'cradle shaping and the students are the follow-up forces in the future. The comprehensive abilities of students have an important impact on the overall development of education. Aerobics course is a distinctive teaching programs in the new century, it also provides students with the characteristics of creative platform.
