Recently, during the period of social transformation, the teachers ininstitutions of higher learning face to the presses from vocational "role",competition, higher educational system, and defects of policies etc.,together with impacts of social undesirable general mood and the shortfallof vocational moral and academic moral education, some of them createdimpetuous general mood, such as respect quantized education disfavourquality education;respect theory teaching, disfavour ability teaching;respect quantity, disfavour quality;respect the result, disfavour thetransformation, and brought various corruptions in academic community.This kind of impetuous general mood and corruptions in academy, notonly damaged the image of institutions and teachers but also the generalmood in campus, and impacted the bodily and mental health of theteachers seriously, and resulted in decline of higher educational quality.For these reasons, we must take active measures to restrain through thesystem.In my opinion: 1) reinforce macroscopical adjustment from thegovernment. Recently, intensify the adjustment for higher educationalscope and structure;intensify and improve the "Quality Assessment" tothe institutions;intensify the research of quality education and thepolitical advice of transforming examination education into qualityeducation;2) reform the systems of teaching assessment, technical titleengaging and result evaluation. Transform the composing methods ofacademic committee and teacher technical title evaluation committeeradically, and dispose the relationship between vocational moral andknowledge level, relationship between quality and quantity, relationshipbetween commonness and personality;3) coordinate the relationships ofsupervisors and teachers, academic leaders and common teachers, as wellas teachers and teachers, build a normal academic environment in campus;4) be regardful of teachers' physical and mental health and family,improve teacher's working and living conditions. Currently, the physicalhealth of institution teachers are unsatisfactory, we should take someactive measures to remit this issue;5) intensify teachers' moral education.The first, advance cognitive level, intensify leading;the second, intensifythe research and leading for teachers' moral issues;the third, establishrelated systems, evaluation measures for teachers' vocational moral;thefourth, hold teacher's moral proseminar, communication conference andcommending meeting etc.;the fifth, exert the affect of exemplar.
