In the modern school educational systems, the teacher is still playing a very important and leading role In educating the students. In the course of modernization teachers are the crucial forces to forster the qualified people of talent and raise the national quality. Deng Xiaoping once said, "Whether a school can forster the qualified people of talent for the socialist construction, who can develop in an all-round way-morally, intellectually, physically with socialist consciousness and grow to be cultural laborers, that mainly depends on the teacher."The teacher undertakes the special mission. The mountain area of Sanmenxia City is very wide. Its population scatters everywhere. So the "Two Basics" task is very hard to accomplish. Various talents are in short for its economic development. The problem of constructing a middle school teachers team appears more important. The thesis aims at providing evidence for Sanmenxia governments and the educational executive departments at all levels on the problem of constructing middle school teachers team. The first part is the introduction about the origin of Sanmenxia, its general situation and the survey of its education development. Through it, readers can get a rough understanding of Sanmenxia City. The second part is about the analysis of the present situation of the middle school teachers in Sanmenxia. It is analysed comprehensively from the staff, the structure of teachers, the key teachers team, the teachers?treatment, the management in schools, anticipation of the requirement of teachers before 2005 and the teachers?ideological morality. All these aims at analysing the present condition of the middle school teachers in Sanmenxia completely, objectively and deeply. First, so far as the staff is concerned, it exceeds the general amount. In addition, teachers distribution is unreasonable. The quantity of teachers in the countryside is below the standard seriously. The causes and the results of the lack of country teachers have been analysed in a specific way. Second, as for the structure of teachers,obviously they are very young. The propotion of middle-age teachers is low relatively, which results in"Fault Problem" Apart from it, the structure of teachers sex is out of propotion. Male teachers are more than female teachers on the whole.
