As time goes by and with the progress of society, the people find more and more that mathematics is not a instrument, but a very important part of modem culture. it is needed by each person knowing and grasping mathematics to improve his own quality. The theory of Mathematics for All has already accepted. The purpose of universal is to improve knowledge not to educate. The standard of success is not increasing knowledge, but changing of attitude. This article focuses on the significance of the teaching for senior high school and the change of the attitude towards senior high school students'thought and ability to learn things in a general sense. Based on it we discuss how to carry out Mathematics for All teaching according to the now used mathematic textbook for senior high school student. (The trial edition published by People's Education Press, in year 2000, the short fornvNew Textbook.) I hope that these rough work can work as a reference to the mathematic teaching reform now.
