In order to study the effect of physical training on children's cognitive ability(attention, memory, creative thinking ability)and physical quality,70 children aged 5-6(33 males,37 females, average age 5.5)in a kindergarten in Wuhou,Chengdu were selected as experimental participants,Using 2(gender: male, female)× 3(Group:experimental group, control group, control group)mixed factor combination experimental design, using the method of mean value analysis and multi factor analysis of variance for data processing,to analyze the differences of children's cognitive ability and physical quality of physical training in early childhood under different groups and between different genders, and analyze the effect amount between groups. The independent variable of the research experiment is the physical training and gender of different groups, and the dependent variable is attention, memory, creative thinking ability and physical quality;the group is the experimental group, the control group and the control group.A three-month teaching experiment was carried out by combining teaching experiment with experimental measurement. In the course of the study, attention, memory,Torrance's creative thinking test-picture test(type A)and children's physical quality standard were used to test children's attention, memory, creative thinking ability and six basic physical qualities in the early and late stages of the experiment. The conclusion is as follows:(1)In terms of children's attention level, there are significant differences in physical training of different groups. The attention of the experimental group is the highest, and that of the control group is higher than that of the control group. It is concluded that the longer the physical training cycle is,the better the attention development is;there is no significant difference in attention between different groups and gender;there is no difference between different genders.(2)In terms of children's memory level, there is no significant difference in physical training of different groups: in terms of long-term memory and retention, there is no significant difference in physical training of different groups;there is no significant difference in long-term memory between different groups and gender;there is no difference between different genders. In short-term memory and retention, there is no significant difference in physical training between different groups;there is no significant difference in short-term memory between different groups and gender;there is no difference between different genders.(3)In terms of children's creative thinking ability, there are significant differences in physical training of different groups. The experimental group has the highest score ofcreative thinking, followed by the control group. It is concluded that the longer the period of physical training, the better the development of children's creative thinking;there is no significant difference in creative thinking ability between different groups and gender;there is no significant difference in creative thinking ability between men and women Gender differences. In all dimensions of creative thinking, children's fluency, originality and refinement are significantly improved, but their flexibility is basically unchanged.(4)In terms of children's physical fitness, there are significant differences in different groups of physical training. The results of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group and the control group. The longer the physical training cycle, the greater the impact on children's physical fitness;there is no significant difference between different genders and groups;there is no significant difference between different genders.(5)According to the analysis of the test results, there is no correlation between children's cognitive ability and physical fitness.
